Sarah Ebner is executive editor and head of newsletters at the FT. In her career she has been a news reporter, sports editor, feature writer, newsletter writer, and deputy editor, as well as a producer and occasional reporter on BBC Newsnight. She was also head of email and editorial newsletters at The Telegraph. While at The Times, Sarah won two awards, for best online commentary at the Online Media Awards and outstanding online commentary at the education journalism awards. Both of these were for her education blog, School Gate.
