Naomi Mellor is the founder of Everybody Media and the International Women's Podcast Awards, and to some people’s surprise, is also a veterinary surgeon. After more than a decade spending the mainstay of her professional life with horses, she found her way into podcasting, building her skills by hosting and producing branded shows and live recording at conferences. Since launching her first podcast, she has hosted and produced multiple successful shows, forged partnerships with some of the largest companies in the audio sector via the IWPAs and is at ease managing projects and partnerships with a wide range of contributors and talent. Naomi is also the founder of The Everybody Collective, the first European-based community for women in podcasting.
