Valentina is a media and podcast expert, MBA, for the past 7 years she has been working in podcasting in various business and product roles. Prior to that, she worked as a journalist, PR lead and after that she was an entrepreneur running an executive search firm. Currently she is a Director of Sales and Business Development at Castbox, which is one of the largest independent podcast apps. Alongside that, Valentina helps various podcast production companies and media outlets to diversify revenue streams and build sustainable businesses. In 2022-2024, Valentina served as an elected Board Member of The Podcast Academy, the organisation behind The Ambies Awards. She is passionate about diverse voices in media and media entrepreneurship. She is based in London, the UK.
